2. Products and Characteristics
The products sold by Corina’s Luxury Creations are handmade from epoxy resin and other decorative materials.
Each product is individually crafted, making every piece unique.
As handmade products:
• minor differences in colour, texture, or finish may occur;
• photographs are for illustrative purposes only;
• each product may display characteristics specific to the handmade production process.
These characteristics do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Colours may also vary slightly depending on the screen settings of the device used to view the photographs.

3. Placing Orders
Orders may be placed through the website, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels of the brand.
After placing an order, the customer may be contacted to confirm the order details.
Corina’s Luxury Creations reserves the right to refuse incomplete orders, orders that cannot be fulfilled, or orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON) and may be changed without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
A 50% deposit of the total order value is required for all made-to-order products.
Production begins only after the deposit payment has been confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid after the product has been completed and before it is dispatched.
The customer will receive photographs or videos of the completed product before dispatch.
Ownership of the product is transferred to the customer only after full payment of the order value.
Completed products will be stored for 30 calendar days from the date the customer is notified that the order has been completed.
If the remaining balance is not paid within this period and the customer does not communicate an alternative solution, the order will be considered abandoned and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

5. Personalised Products
Products made to order or personalised according to the customer's requirements are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, Article 16(c).
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:
• have verified the accuracy of the information provided;
• accept the personalised and handmade nature of the product;
• understand that every product is unique;
• accept the possibility of minor differences compared to the presentation images.

6. Production and Delivery Time
The estimated production time is 10–12 business days unless another timeframe is communicated when the order is confirmed.
This period may vary depending on the complexity of the product, the volume of existing orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the control of Corina’s Luxury Creations cannot be attributed to the seller.
Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend inspecting it immediately and keeping the original packaging in the event of any transport-related complaint.

7. Returns and Complaints Policy
Personalised or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
If the product arrives damaged during transport or presents a major manufacturing defect, the customer must submit a complaint within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the parcel, together with clear photographs of both the product and the packaging.

• delays caused by courier companies;
• minor differences inherent to handmade products;
• changes in the appearance of products caused by prolonged exposure to high temperatures, direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or other unsuitable conditions of use.

11. Force Majeure
