• All Corina’s Luxury Creations products are 100% handmade, crafted with care, attention, and passion.
• Most pieces are made to order, with the exception of the first set from a new collection, which is created for presentation photography.
• Corina’s Luxury Creations is an OSIM-registered trademark, guaranteeing the authenticity and originality of all products.
• Personalization is available for certain models for an additional fee of 100 RON.
• A 50% deposit of the total order value is required upon placing the order, based on the issued invoice. The remaining balance is paid upon completion, either cash on delivery (within Romania) or by bank transfer.

• Trays & Gift Boxes: 5–10 business days
• Clocks: 10–15 business days
• Production time is 10–14 business days, depending on the orders already in progress. The estimated delivery date will be communicated when the order is placed.

• Handmade art is not perfect, and it is precisely this imperfection that gives it its charm.
• Small air bubbles, subtle variations in thickness, or slight differences in the intensity of the glossy finish may occur.
• Every piece is unique, and we, as lovers of handmade art, embrace these details with appreciation.
• Design models can be recreated upon request, but they will never be identical. Although the colors and accessories will be similar, each piece will feature its own unique pattern.
• Unique patterns and subtle variations in color intensity are part of every creation.

Care Instructions:

• Avoid prolonged exposure of resin products to direct sunlight.
• Do not place very hot objects on them. Resin products are heat-resistant up to 50°C (122°F) only after they have fully cured, which requires a minimum of 30 days.
• Do not place resin products in the dishwasher, oven, or microwave.
• Do not use resin trays as cutting boards.
• Clean the products with a soft cloth and avoid using harsh cleaning agents.
• Avoid stacking the products directly on top of one another to prevent scratches.
